Troubleshoot Outlook 365

Remove faulty email account then re-add: File ❯ Info ❯ Account Settings – click ‘Account Settings’ to open the Account Settings box, click on the email account then click ‘Remove’. Close and then reopen Outlook 365. Go to File ❯ Info ❯ and click ‘+ Add Account’ then follow the steps
