Display external images in incoming email in Outlook 365: When the email doesn’t show images click below the Subject and From email to see the option ‘Add sender to safe senders list’ and click on it. To allow all emails to show images open File ❯ Options ❯ Trust Center ❯ Trust Center Settings and uncheck ‘Don’t download pictures automatically…’ However it may be better to add email from trusted companies as a lot of tracking happens when it comes to emails.
