New Outlook (was Mail) People

How New Outlook People works with your email account servers: The only type of email account that syncs contacts with an email client app is an Exchange Server account. This means a personal Microsoft account with an outlook/live/hotmail email address or a work or school Microsoft 365 account. Without this, contacts are stored locally and can be exported (and imported) but are not synced so not backed up
