Troubleshoot

Restart: Allow Windows to properly fix a fault for you by restarting it. Open Start Menu (press Windows key) click on the power icon and ‘Restart’

Observe hardware with Task Manager: right click on Taskbar, click on Task Manager (if needed click ‘More details’), observe Disk, CPU and Memory usage in the ‘Performance’ tab

Search Google for solutions: type most important word first. Consider replacing PC if over 3 years old. For security reasons replace if the operating system is no longer supported – typically when over 7 years old.
