Control panel navigation: Search for printer user’s guide for a description of what each button does. e.g. Use arrow keys to through options in a menu and to select ‘back’ or ‘home’ to and ‘OK’ (confirm) button to open a menu or action a change. The print in colour or black and white and the cancel print job are common buttons
Apps on main computer to control the printer: Print an email or a webpage, photo or document from that app. Look carefully at all the options and select before printing
Apps on main computer to control the scanner: Place the document, certificate or photo on the scanner where the arrow is – with the top of the page at the top (typically). Open the scan app and carefully go through the options. It is worth downloading then installing the relevant scanner app (e.g. Epson scan for an Epson printer & scanner)
