Get to know ‘Settings’: navigate from ‘Home’ across the different top level choices (e.g. copy, scan, maintenance, settings) then press to see the options in each level by touch (tap) or arrow and confirm keys. Press the back arrow to go back up a level or use the ‘Home’ button

Copy – standard: Copy either in colour or black and white, and set the number of copies. Align the document next to the arrow on the scanner glass

Copy – advanced: For enlarging or reducing a document, work through the Copy options using the touch screen or control buttons. If the printer settings for copy are changed to enlarge or reduce, set them back to 100% after you have finished

Firmware update for inkjet printer over WiFi internet connection: Find this in Settings (usually under ‘Maintenance’). Updates are important as they include bug fixes, security updates and new features

See inkjet scanner options in the menu: Open the scanner options by tapping on ‘Scan’ or navigating with the arrows and confirm keys. Typically this is where you can ‘scan to computer’ or ‘scan to Cloud’. Use the scan app on the main computer to scan as this is easier
