Troubleshoot laser printer

Check laser printer for a paper jam: open all areas and remove any paper jammed in the system. Check the manual for how to do this safely as it is important not to damage the paper feed in the process

Check laser printer is connected to Wi-Fi and the computer device is on the same network: see Wi-Fi connection is good as this is needed to print

Restart main computer to fix laser printer problem: See printer is ‘offline’ in Settings then restart
