Manage iCloud preferences: Open System Settings/Preferences and click your name at the top. From here you can: Change iCloud storage plan, Remove an iOS or iPadOS device backup, Remove photos and videos from iCloud, Remove documents and data. N.B. MacOS does not sync System Settings/Preferences instead these are manually set on a new Mac.
