Maintain and troubleshoot broadband internet connection

If slow, turn the router off then wait a few minutes and turn it back on

Contact the ISP either by phone or through the website and find out how old the router is – or check the Tomtie Toolkit page to see the age (if noted down). Request a new one every 3/4 years

Look up what they mean and see if it is connected and if not, turn off then wait a few minutes and turn back on

Call the ISP to report the fault (use the WiFi hotspot on a mobile phone to connect to the internet until it is fixed)
