Intro to managing files with My Files on a Samsung phone/tablet

What does the My Files app do?: My Files allows you to easily see, edit and share your files (pdfs, letters, spreadsheets, photos), from your Samsung phone and away from your main computer (Windows or MacOS). Files stored in OneDrive, GoogleDrive or other cloud storage and files stored on your samsung phone are accessed in the My Files app

Add OneDrive, Google Drive to My Files: Open My Files, tap on the three dots top right (More options) ❯ Settings then under ‘Cloud accounts’ tap on either OneDrive or Google Drive and sign in to the account. If you have linked a Microsoft account to the the phone it will show and you can sign in, if not add it in Settings ❯ Accounts and backup ❯ Manage accounts ❯ + Add account then tap on ‘Microsoft Exchange’ and enter email and password
