Quit and re-open the app: Don’t just close the window, quit the app then re-open. If it won’t close and is frozen, try ‘Force Quit’
Force Quit: Click on Apple menu ❯ Force Quit, select the app then click ‘Force Quit’
Restart the Mac: Click on the apple menu then ‘Restart’
Uninstall and reinstall the app: Drag app icon into Trash from Applications folder. Restart the Mac then Google search for legitimate site to download the app if not in App store. In the Downloads folder double click the app download to install
