If you are concerned that you are being tracked or stalked this is a safe way to take control of your privacy from your iPhone (if you are observed, just tap ‘Quick Exit’ top right and Settings will be closed). It is also a good way to familiarise yourself with the important choices available to you. Go to Settings ❯ Privacy & Security ❯ then swipe or scroll down to ‘Safety Check’. Open ‘Manage Sharing & Access’ and go through the three key areas of ‘Review People’, ‘Review Apps’ and ‘Account Security’
