Title bar: Top of the window. When not maximised click and drag to move. Double click to maximise or restore down

Address bar: This shows either a webpage file or the file path of a local file (on your computer). It is located at the top of a browser or File Explorer window. In File Explorer it shows the file path of the currently selected folder on the hard drive e.g. This PC ❯ Pictures ❯ Screenshots. Just click on ‘Pictures’ to put that in the main pane

Status bar: Located at the bottom of a window – it displays information about the current window’s state (such as what is being viewed and how), background tasks (such as printing, scanning, and formatting), or other contextual information (such as selection and keyboard state)

Navigation pane: Located on the left side of a window it has links or shortcuts to different options. In File Explorer click on a folder here and the contents will be shown in the main pane to the right

Scroll bars: These are either a vertical bar on the right side of a window or a horizontal bar at the bottom of a window and can be dragged to move the window contents up and down or left and right (or use Arrow keys).
